Initially shown through the property we were interested in by Ian who was very helpful. After that and up to our purchase of the property we dealt with Nicole who was also excellent to deal with.
As new arrivals in NZ we had no idea what was available, where the right house might be situated, and what features were important to look for. But we did have a sense of urgency so delay was not a good policy. And haste might be worse. So we were pleasantly surprised that agents here in NZ try to help the purchaser, unlike the UK where the agent works solely for the vendor - buyer beware! In this case Jenny and Ian were very helpful and were very active in bringing our attention to the sort of properties we were likely to appreciate. Thanks especially to Jenny for helping us move quickly when the right house did turn up and we were able to close a deal which we might have lost had the tender process run its full distance. We're not yet at settlement day so there is still some element of risk and we hope they will continue to guide us to a successful completion.

Ian came up with an innovative and eye catching marketing strategy. The team worked hard with the prospective purchasers but kept us up to date regularly with hard facts as to how the sale was progressing. Clare did an excellent job tying down the final negotiation. Overall a great team effort.
My personal experience was extremely stressful as the preperation to get house on market then all of the open homes was not a pleasant time. At the end of the day it is very personal and a one size fits all approach no longer works in today's world. However, Ian has a knack of remaining upbeat and positive and that got me through the process, I think, in one piece. Ian will listen and do what needs to be done to make sure he sells your home. I do recommend Ian and his team and give them all, a weary, but kind of cheery, thumbs up :)
