We had a wonderful experience working with Ian. We have actually worked with him a couple of times when purchasing and he was always very patient & thorough with us - quickly ascertaining exactly what we would and wouldn’t like. In our latest experience with him he was our selling agent and did an amazing job! He has been in Beachlands for years, knows the market intimately, has a great reputation and is really easy to work with. We were a bit apprehensive selling in Covid Level 3 because of the requirements to be out of the house for such a long time to accommodate private showings, we have small kids and of course the germs! He was really understanding and made sure that things were set-up in a way that it worked for our kids, kept us healthy and still got numerous families through each day. The dedication of Ian and the awesome team that he works with (Nicolette & Jenny) resulted in us getting a GREAT pre-auction offer after only 4 days allowing us to sit back & relax now until we head overseas.
