About 6 years ago we purchased our land from Ian. He was so helpful at the time, we literally walked into his office told him we wanted to buy some land, the sections were being released the next day so we had to get a few things organized but he helped us and we were able to get the land thanks to his help. Fast forward 6 years it was time to sell our home and move on to the next adventure. I knew we had to get Ian and his team in to sell our home. The day we were due to list our home we went into a level 4 lockdown, the team stayed in contact and as soon as we hit level 3 we decided to list the house. They guided us there we quite a few restrictions in place, but the were honest and very informative through the process. Despite the restrictions we got a pre auction offer our first weekend and they managed to get 7 bidders registered for auction. Our house sold and the auction was a HUGE success.
