Tania went above and beyond as our real estate agent in the recent sale of my Fathers home in Taradale. I live in Australia, and Tania made the whole process seamless and stress free, she went as far as cleaning, gardening and staging the home which I am extremely grateful for. I would highly recommend Tania to anyone wishing to sell their property in Napier.

Tania acted for us in selling our house and land package. She was dedicated and enthusiastic throughout the process. Trying to sell a property off the plans is no easy task but Tania got it across the line.

Tania was tasked with selling our house pre COVID lockdown, we really liked her attitude from the first time we met ,she was very relatable , easy to deal with and had a lot of knowledge on the current market situation. It did not take long for her to come up with potential buyers and offers that we were happy with. Then COVID hit and we thought that was the end of it , but Tania still managed to finalise the sale and we walked away very happy. We would definitely recommend Tania to any potential sellers or buyers.

Tania is knowledgeable, friendly and kept us very well informed along the way which we appreciated. The selling process went so smoothly and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Nigel and I would highly recommend Tania to sell your home.

Market knowledge communication and professionalism all excellent

I met Tania through my work and when I realized she was in Real Estate, I asked her to keep a lookout for me. I told her what my needs were and within a short time she had found a property for me to view! Even though it needed renovating, it fulfilled every requirement that I had asked for! I am eternally grateful to Tania as I now have the perfect home for me! She was so helpful and obliging throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble! She certainly knows her stuff and doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile. She is a lovely, genuine person and I highly recommend her 🙂

Tania made our sale a seamless and stress free experience. Her genuine enthusiasm and knowledge of our market set us at ease and it was great to be kept in the loop the whole time!

Having recently retired myself from real estate and intending to relocate to another town, I had a limited time in which to sell my property. Having previously worked with Tania to me it was a no-brainer as to who I would choose to sell my own home. As it turned out she far exceeded my expectations - with her meticulous attention to detail, marketing and presentation plus her keeping me updated with any feed-back - I could not fault her. Tania is the most warm genuine person and dedicated to achieving the best possible stress-free outcome for her clients. I could not have been happier with her and to top everything off - she achieved multiple offers resulting in a price way beyond my highest expectations! A very happy vendor indeed!! A huge thanks Tania!

We were recommended Tania, and it didn't take long to work out why. She gained our trust very early on, we were well informed right throughout the process, a great communicator, very genuine & professional. She went over and above our expectations many times. She has a real passion and inthusiasm which is inspiring. And to finish it of, exceeded our expectations with the outcome of the sale. We will have pleasure in recommending her to friends, acquaintances, and colleagues.

Buying and selling three houses in April 2020 in the middle of covid lock down. What a challenge. What two other real estate agents couldn't do Tania and the Harcourt team aced it. Tania has a warm and kind disposition added with hard work and fabulous real estate knowledge made her the total professional real estate agent package. She's a true gem an extraordinary agent that I 100% recommend. Thank you Tania
