Embarrassingly, ours was ‘cold-hearted money-hungry Spiv’, until I met Tania. We’ve bought and sold houses in London, Wellington, Canberra and Sydney so we were jaded and didn’t expect very much. We interviewed three agents, when we were about to sell our house in Knightsbridge, one talked AT us for over an hour, yes he might have had all the contacts and all the chat but my ears were going to bleed, the other was clearly an introvert and we just didn’t have confidence in her. Enter Tania Goldheart, I mean Goldfinch.
