The decision to sell my home of 17 years, where all our family memories have been made, and under complex circumstances, was extremely difficult. If I ever sell my home I will list it with Sarah and Johnny, I saw the work they put in to connect people and the lengths they went to make sure the homes they were selling were presented really well with the key info available for when buyers ask. I think they do a great job at managing people and the dynamics that come with seller expectation versus buyer fear of paying too much. I just want to sum by saying i have dealt with quite a few agents in the past four months and it wouldn’t be fair to compare Sarah and Johnny to them because they are truely in a league of their own.
