Highly recommended and reliable. We were very impressed with his knowledge and communication. We highly recommend anyone wanting to buy or sell. The tailored marketing strategy, regular communication and successful open homes made me feel our house sale was in the best hands. Thanks
Munish is always willing to help and easy to talk to. Will recommend him to our community here in Auckland.
Munish's communication and professionalism is superb. He has vast market knowledge.
We approached Premium team on our brokers recommendations. Munish came to see us on the same day. Well presented, attentive and most importantly he listened to what we wanted and was not pushy at all throughout. He and Gurbir makes a great duo. They were not only able to sell our home within 7 days but were also able to get us into our brand new house at a great price. We feel so connected with these guys now that we dont look at them as B&T agents but as our friends. You dont get that connectivity often with sales people. Truely an asset to the company. Will definitely use their services again in future. Please be mindful Munish's smile is very contagious :)
My husband and I first home buyers, were very nervous, daunted and excited with this new chapter of lives. Munish sat down with us and went through A-Z. What to expect, what we needed to complete, timeframes and fees. Munish’s quality service, and clear communication skills. We honestly would not have been able to achieve getting into our first home without his support. Thank you Munish and the Premium Team.
My experience with Munish has been extremely cordial. The sale went through during a period of low house sales and declining prices. Munish gave us advice from time to time and made it possible to stage our house for a long period of time.
Munish has always been a great communicator right from the beginning we chose his team. Our circumstances around the sale were different and he tried his best and acted accordingly to achieve best possible result for us even during a flat housing market. His continuing efforts and knowledge turned up into sale and his kind assistance also continued beyond the sale process. 5 star sales person and highly recommended.
Munish was Very professional and got good market knowledge.
I contacted Munish Bhatt last year to help me sell my property in Auckland. This was challenging because I was overseas and Munish had to start from scratch and take care of many many issues that were beyond his scope of work. While the property eventually sold, what I remember is Munish's excellent work ethic, his unfailing courtsey and communication throughout a very anxious time. Thank you Munish!
Knows every bit of market, its ups n downs and how to oat along these tides
Really impressed with the commitment shown by the Premium Team to me as a seller and for the right advice given at the right time.
