I reflected carefully before deciding to engage with a real estate agency. My main consideration was whether I could get the same price as an agency if I sold privately. From start to finish, Munish demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a sound knowIedge of the market. He took care of the overall sales strategy, and kept me up to date at every step of the process. He unfailingly went the extra mile, making himself available whenever this was needed. Munish has outstanding people skills. Apart from his ability to connect easily with me, he also had a gentle way of suggesting how to make the house market ready by decluttering and moving things around. That is quite an art. I felt well supported throughout this process. His market knowledge was sound, and he was able to give me a realistic idea of the value of my property without inflating my expectations. This made the final figure we reached at auction an extra bonus as it exceeded all estimates we received. Because of my experience with Munish, I have chosen to work with him in my search for a new home. He is, as always responsive and positive, whilst offering well considered and sound advice.

I didn't want to write a review - however I have received this email like 200000 times. I think Munish knows the ups and downs (low low downs) of our experience with him. He knows we appreciate everything that was done, but also know that the low lows were very low. At the end of the day the team got us what we wanted - it was just a very very rocky road to get there, and many lessons were taught to us both.
