Kale demonstrated amazing knowledge not only about this house he was selling us but also other houses that are and were on the market. This made buying easier as he was able to share this knowledge and lead us in the right direction to become confident in our purchase. Only downside we had was settlement date was very mixed up as the lawyer and agent were on two different pages however kale did handle this professionally and he will be my choice of agent when the time comes to sell this house
