Typical of many agents when seeking your business, the initial valuation provided was higher than what was later considered achievable, although still better than other competing agents. Once engaged, the conversation shifted towards explaining why the original estimate may not be attainable. That said, communication was always prompt, and he was consistently approachable, helpful, and proactive in coordinating matters through his extensive network of local contacts, which proved invaluable and something I relied on heavily throughout the process. Kale demonstrated amazing knowledge not only about this house he was selling us but also other houses that are and were on the market. This made buying easier as he was able to share this knowledge and lead us in the right direction to become confident in our purchase. Only downside we had was settlement date was very mixed up as the lawyer and agent were on two different pages however kale did handle this professionally and he will be my choice of agent when the time comes to sell this house
