We decided to work with Anu based on a recommendation from a family member. Right from the start, we found him to be very genuine, honest, and upfront. He possesses a deep understanding of the market and we were impressed by his extensive knowledge and experience, especially valuable in a tough market. His exceptional attention to detail and unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional results to his clients did not go unnoticed. We would enthusiastically recommend Anu to any potential sellers in search of an outstanding agent.

On meeting with Anu we developed an immediate rapport. With his ease of communication and understanding of my circumstances Anu expressed a genuine desire to fulfill his obligations to get the job done and did so with a high degree of professionalism in an increasingly difficult market. Highly recommended! You won't be sorry.🙂

Anu has his finger on pulse of the market right from the beginning. His knowledge and expertise range from staging the home, regular updates on the best way to promote our sale, to bringing in potential purchasers. We were treated like family and listened to when we had ideas. Any future home sales I would highly recommend using Anurag Bhatnagar.

We had the pleasure of working with Anu & Jeremy from Bayley's Real Estate, and we couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They went above and beyond to assist with our requests, skillfully handling some difficult potential buyers. Their responsiveness and excellent negotiation skills helped us achieve a great price for our property. If you're looking for agents who truly have their vendor's best interest at heart, Anu & Jeremy are the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Miharo! (Amazing) We are so pleased we chose Jeremy and Anu to sell our house. It was important for us to have a trusting relationship where our best interests were at the forefront and we felt like valued clients. Anu and Jeremy were good communicators, kept us informed and were confident with their strategy to sell our house for a good price and importantly built relationships with our buyers, they definitely delivered on everything they said they would. We felt important from the first meeting, felt a relational vibe. They always were available and went above and beyond. With Anu’s focus on the goal and hustling abilities and Jeremy‘s people and interpersonal skills, and with Elle as their backbone, the 3 of them are a force to be reckoned with. We have already recommended Jeremy and Anu to others and absolutely would be approaching them in the future to sell again. E mihi nui ana ki a kōutou.

Anu has been professional from the get go. We have valued his approachable manner throughout the entire process of selling our home. The market is proving to be difficult and Anu helped us navigate it with ease. The communication from Anu was amazing the whole way through. We were at ease with Anu and so glad we chose him to sell our home.
