Before approaching Anu, we had absolutely no experience with the selling of a home. Anu made what could have been a very daunting process as easy as possible. Anu took the keys and said don't worry I will sort everything, and this is exactly what happened. His service was well above the level we were expecting, an example of this is Anu cleaning and painting our chimney! We weren't always quick at responding to emails and getting forms signed which must have been frustrating for Anu! However, he was patient with us knowing we lived busy lives and never pushed.
