Anton secured a speedy settlement that was for an amount that reflected the market at the time.

We felt that the sale wasn't quite up to the amount we had hoped for but Anton presented solid scenarios both for and against moving on the sale now as opposed to continuing to invest in keeping the property. When we went away and did our sums, we decided to complete the sale. There were a few issues to deal with along the way and Anton patiently guided us through these and helped in a practical way several times. As older owners living outside the region, we are grateful for the friendy and respectful way Anton helped and supported us throughout the whole process. He patiently took the time to understand our unique situation right to completion and settlement. We highly commend Anton's knowledge and honesty, along with his respectful and caring approach.

Excellent investment advice, knowledge and support

Anton has supported us in our last 4 investment purchases and being an investor himself, his knowledge and guidance on the process is always fantastic.
