Anthony had a very good understanding of the current market, was a very strong communicator which developed a strong and trusting relationship with us throughout the purchase process.Anthony was very professional in all his dealings with us.Was a pleasure to work with.
I was unsuccessful with my first choice of property but Anthony stuck with me and after considering many options found me a great safe investment property.
Anthony is a friend before Agent for us, and working with friends can sometimes be complex, not so with Anthony. We were all able to be upfront and clear in our expectations and would easily choose Anthony again should we find ourselves with a property to sell. Anthony's approach with potential buyers makes him a trusted advisor. He is upfront with information and ensured we, as vendors were providing the right details to give interested parties everything they needed to make a good decision. His recommendation for a staging company was great, and they did a wonderful job. The auction itself was a bit of a fizzle but the team we entrusted listened to our wishes and goals, and it wasn't long after pricing the house that we had more interest and our buyer. We are pleased with the outcome and hope Anthony may be able to help us find whatever is next for us in the property world!.
Anthony was beyond fantastic. Incredibly adaptable with some changing circumstances. Managed to get us into a multi-offer and then when the due diligence caused the chosen offer to lapse he had an unconditional offer available for us to sign later that day. Couldn’t recommend him more.
Anthony is a man of his word. He worked relentlessly to achieve a sale for our property at the price that made us happy. He was kind and caring with his attitude, not just to us as vendors but to purchasers too. We could not recommend him highly enough to anyone who wants a successful, stress free real estate experience. We would not hesitate to use him again.
Anthony really went above and beyond for us, making himself available for the property viewing even during a holiday, which was super helpful. He's quick to respond to messages and has a knack for making complicated stuff easy to understand, especially for someone new to buying a home. It felt like he genuinely cared about helping us find the right place, not just making a sale. Thanks!
It has been a pleasure working with Anthony to market and sell my property. He is sincere, objective and a great communicator. His commitment and care ensured we achieved a great result.
Me and my partner were first home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Anthony and Andrea made the whole process very stress free and actually enjoyable. Highly recommend and couldn’t of got through without them
I recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the get-go, Anthony demonstrated an unmatched knowledge of the local market, providing invaluable insights that guided me through the entire process. Anthony's responsiveness and clear communication made the experience seamless and stress-free. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction, and I always felt supported. In summary, Anthony is a true professional. Their professionalism, integrity, and genuine passion for real estate make them the go-to choice. I wholeheartedly recommend Anthony for anyone seeking an outstanding real estate experience. Thank you, Anthony, for making my journey not just successful but enjoyable!
I first met Anthony when he was selling the apartment my daughter and I were renting. He was very accommodating and understanding of my daughter and working open homes around what worked for us. I then reached out to Anthony to do an appraisal for the house I own with my ex-husband. Again, Anthony was very accommodating and understanding of our situation, and worked incredibly hard to get our house sold. Anthony is a lovely person, and a very hard working agent who I would recommend to anybody looking to buy or sell! Thank you so much Anthony.
Anthony Deyn was a pleasure to work with yet again. He arranged the private sale of a property and with his organisation, communication and attention to detail the sale went off without a hitch. Would recommend him to anyone who is needing a real estate agent either for selling or buying a property, he’s one of the very best around!
