Anthony did an amazing job of navigating the purchase process for my new home, he was impressive with his ability to guide myself and the vendor respectfully throughout the process. I always felt confident with the information he provided, the response time to questions and his ability to bridge the gap between buyer and seller. Anthony has the organisation and integrity that are essential to smooth property transactions.
Selling your home can be a stressful business but I found Anthony's calm considered manner helped the process run very smoothly. Any questions or situations were dealt with in a professional manner and with speed. From where I was looking it seemed that all leads were followed up quickly and any potential buyers were given many opportunities to take the process further. He was always available to discuss any queries I had and dealt with everything in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with my experience.
Great person, very knowledgeable in his field, super communicator. I was very fortunate is having him as my Agent to sell my home. Anthony exceeded my expectations.
Anthony Deyn is not only a charismatic and successful young man, he is also totally credible , forth coming, patient, and , knowledgeable. His London training is very evident in his shrewd assessment of value for money, position and suitability of property to client. I totally trust him both financially and awareness of the current market.
Anthony and Andrea were recommended to me and words can’t express how grateful I am for getting to work with this team. The guidance and reassurance I received put me at ease and the professionalism of their communication and feedback was impressive. They are both dedicated to supporting their client with their great personal relationship skills and they do the work, with potential purchaser follow ups, ensuring both parties have all they need. Truly lovely, genuine, fun people. In my case, I got to see the Harcourt auction dynamics, the amazing skills from all sides, from the auctioneer, staff encouragement for both vendor and potential purchasers, which saw my sale price rise, through competition, to exceed my price expectations. It has been a whirlwind that has changed my life for the better.
The best move we made engaging Anthony and Andrea to market our place. Professional and honest with every step we took. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear laid it all out in straight honest language. The marketing process was slick and because we sold quickly they refunded some of the advertising fee. I have recommended him to a couple of residents who are looking to see how the market is.
We had a really positive experience with Anthony. He followed up after our first viewing of the home we eventually bought. His communication was clear and he responded to any queries in a timely manner. His calm demeanor was welcomed on the day of the auction. He worked hard to get a good result for both the buyer and vendor.
There are just not enough superlatives to express the amazing service that Anthony provided in being my buyers agent and finding me my perfect forever home
We have had a great experience working with Anthony purchasing our first home. His communication has been excellent so we have always been aware of what is happening throughout the entire process. He has consistently been readily available through email and phone communication so the entire process has been easier than expected

Anthony is an incredible real estate agent perfect for selling your home, or finding you one. I can not recommend him more highly. His knowledge and expertise was beyond expectation. He was very professional, approachable and friendly. I felt at ease throughout the whole experience, able to ask questions and given prompt regular updates on how the sale was going. He went above and beyond offering support and guidance when needed, which was greatly appreciated. He enabled a stressful process to go smoothly which I can't thank him enough for. Thank you for being the best agent around. I will definitely be coming back to you when I purchase my next home.
