We met Anna at the beginning of our search for a townhouse in the city. Anna has been an outstanding support: - listening to our needs, responding to our needs promptly, attending to all of our questions and providing us with significant, detailed documents relating to every property that we chose to visit. Anna remained positive and pro-active throughout our seven month search - showing patience, kindness and professional integrity in all of our dealings together. Me and my partner have been house hunting for the best part of this year without really getting across the line in a competitive first home buyers market in Christchurch. It made things harder being based in Auckland and after many conversations with agents Anna popped up as she was following up on an open home that she hosted for a colleague. On our first conversation we spoke for a while as she confirmed what we were looking for exactly. At the time we had been looking there wasn't many listings coming available, however Anna was really proactive and able to view many homes on our behalf and share clear videos for us to get a feel of the properties. A big thing that made us really like Anna was that she is honest. We had spoken to many agents throughout the year that tried to flog us properties that we were not convinced with, and even when we saw something that we thought we liked, Anna was honest about certain things that we hadn't picked up on and advised us to stay clear where she could have potentially made a sale. Anna also successfully bidded for us at auction while we were out of town. She was very assertive and aggressive in the auction room while we were at the other end of the phone. Would definitely recommend Anna to anybody looking to sell or buy a property. I have spoken to many agents over the year and can certainly vouch for Anna's high level of service such as fantastic communication from end to end, going out of her way to find solutions, ability to compromise and find middle ground to get deals over the line etc.

Anna was amazing to work with and made the house buying process much less stressful. She researched the houses she sent us to look at and was able to answer any and all questions we had. She is friendly and professional and made us feel good about the whole process.
