This was a long sale due to the economic conditions. Anna helped keep me focused on the end goal and we got there. Anna provides good updates and follows up with buyers regularly till the job is done. In the end, I had an offer accepted with a backup offer signed as well.

Anna was a breath of fresh air for us compared to the aggressive real estate agents we had previously encountered. Anna followed up in a non-pushy way and went out of her way to make herself available at times which suited us (juggling around a toddler) and was there when we needed to ask questions throughout the process.

Anna has had many years in real estate market and that has shown in her professionalism, patience and understanding in getting our property sold in a relatively short time. Knowing the market and being transparent through whole process is why I have rated Anna five out of five.
We started the whole process of moving to Wellington from London in 2017 when we both retired; but selling two properties there, packing everything up, seeking permanent residency (for Richard) and Covid 19 has meant that permanent arrival was delayed some five years until early July 2022. Trying to claw back some of the "lost time" was not on our minds when we started looking at properties in July. However, inspecting well over 20 houses led us to conclude that William Street was "the one" and we have completed the sale and moved in, in under 10 weeks, certainly ahead of our NZ schedule. We first met Anna at the open home, where she was courteous in answering questions. The provision of the informative sales pack, with legals, etc followed immediately upon registration for viewing the property. We then made collectively four further visits and each time Anna helped us answer fresh questions, either immediately or with quick turnaround times from the vendors. Although Marita is familiar with the Kiwi way of buying property, Richard was not. So it was particularly helpful to have Anna guide us both through the process with the Sale and Purchase Agreement, etc, especially as this was a purchase by way of competitive tender. Opting for a full structural survey enabled us to eventually bid unconditionally; but Anna's "poker face" meant we were never (quite rightly) certain whether we were bidding in the right ball park, maintaining her integrity at all times. On bid acceptance day, at pre-settlement inspection and post completion, Anna has always been prompt, courteous and helpful. Taking photos of us both outside our new home and providing a very generous welcome pack and vouchers to spend at Queensgate have been the icing on the cake. Coming from the UK, estate agents there can learn a lot from the Kiwi way and Anna, (and to be fair most of the agents we have met in the last couple of months) has been a great ambassador.
