We had intended to interview two Real Estate companies before making a decision which one to choose. anna had my house for sale for 2 months before it got sold..she was extremely helpful the whole time and always kept in touch with me..she also new i dont do anything om my phone well..i can text and answer an email,but dont understand a lot of paper work or follow instructions if any..but anna lets me know and organises all for me..she is much appreciated cheers cathy
Anna was totally professional throughout the sign up and sale process for my uncle's house. She explained that the market had slowed, and a sale might take up to 3 months. She recommended a 3-week deadline sale and at deadline had 6 offers in the price range predicted in her appraisal. Anna was so helpful - liaising with the neighbour regarding collecting spare keys, turning off the water at the toby as requested by the insurance company. When it came to signing the contract, my uncle was quite upset about selling his house of 50 years and took some time over signing.
