I would have been lost without Enrique. He was there with me every step of the way and kept me positive. He arranged I don’t know how many private viewing and even bid at auctions on my behalf when my nerve failed me. He is professional, polite and an all round great guy. After a long and stressful property search, we met Enrique at a Harcourts Auction for another property in the area, from that point he made it his mission to find us our new home, Sending us new properties as soon as the came up. After finding our house, Enrique gave us daily updates all the way through to going unconditional. Right from the onset of Anita coming to appraise my property I felt well informed and confident in the process. She was exceedingly patient with me as it was a while before I actually decided to sell. I opted for an auction 20 May 2021 and this was clearly explained to me and all paperwork was sent through to my solicitor for reviewing. A SECOND viewing was requested for Monday ( Anzac Day holiday) and that afternoon I got call from Anita with an offer well exceeding my expectations!
