She so incredibly exceeded my expectations of what I expected from an agent. I was selling during covid lockdown, my property was tenanted, I lived out of Auckland & was unable to get into Auckland or my property to do any of the things I needed to do to get the property ready for sale. Angie just did it all & took care of every problem that surfaced with calm efficiency. She arranged contractors to fix blown bulbs, broken switches & garage door openers. She also organised the staging of the property at her expense. But to me the ultimate measure of Angie’s attitude was the way she dealt with my sub par garden presentation. It wasn’t looking so good after tenancy, & time was very limited. She fixed it by doing it herself. She and her son & lovely aunt spent several hours in my garden over the weekend tidying it up for me! I had challenges with issues to do with the Body Corp and boundary. Angie was on top of them all the way, giving advice, practical action & support all the way. I never doubted Angie wasn’t working on my behalf to the absolute best of her ability, & I cannot give her a higher recommendation. She made my property sale, which should have been so difficult, just so easy!
