We first met Angie when she listed a home in the Village. It did not meet our needs . However, Angie called us up some time later with a unit more suited to our requirements. We purchased with a long settlement to allow us to downsize from our existing property. We listed with Angie during COVID and went to auction before Christmas. Angie was amenable, always available and instrumental in obtaining a good price for us given market conditions
Angie was just amazing from the outset. Sold my property while in lockdown & I was absent, & realised a great price for me in auction. She went over & above what I expected from any agent. There were a few challenges with the Body Corp & my property manager which she navigated me through efficiently & she organised all the work that needed to be done to tidy the place up after being a rental.
