It is a big decision to make and you want to go into it fully focussed. Angela provided that laser sharp focus that gave us the reassurance we needed in making a decision. In the beginning I thought I knew what to look out for but Angela's eagle-eye would spot aspects of a building I was simply not tuned into noticing. It was a matter of weighing up the pros and cons of each property with an eye to our future selves. Angela was invaluable in that aspect, helping us think around each situation a property presented, as no one was the same. During the process of looking at properties meant we went in with a clipboard, me mentally and Angela literally. The combination of regular group phone calls, emails with new listings, and the visits themselves gave us confidence in the process.
