Aneil came to us with an opportunity and was clear on the vendors instructions and what we could do with the property. It was Aneil's knowledge and expertise that gave us the confidence to pursue this opportunity. He kept in touch the whole way through and liaised with the professionals for due diligence. We got the 5 star service, highly recommend.

From finding the right house, to settlement and after settlement, Aneil has been a Great help. Certainly made my purchase faster and very easy.

In 2021, Aneil sold our investment property in Takinini. Although Aneil was new to this industry we wanted to give him a chance with the fresh ideas that he presented to us. Aneil can be a leading agent in the Auckland real estate region with the way he dressed, talked and professionalism shown, he really cares. Aneil's understanding of the market and where it was moving gave us great confidence that he could deliver. It was a pleasure working with Aneil and we look forward to working with him in the future, we wish him all the best, and thank you.
