Aneil is very helpful, vendor is an old man and hard to communicate, so his lawyer was needed to get involved, which made the deal going very slow, Aneil had to communicate with both the vendor and his lawyer at the same time. We finally managed to make a deal with the vendor thanks to Aneil. He is very generous, he even assisted the vendor to pack all of his belongings before moving to his new house. Highly recommend to everyone who needs to sell or buy a house.
