About Andy

Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Andy completed his conscription in the Police Force, before moving to South Africa. Following tertiary studies, he embarked on a career in the Pulp and Paper Industry, which brought him across to New Zealand in 2001. Towards the end of 2015, Andy decided to leave the Pulp and Paper Industry and embark on a career in the Real Estate Industry and thoroughly enjoys this change of direction. During his first full financial year in Real Estate, Andy achieved the Professionals Rookie of the Year Award for the Bay of Plenty and Waikato region. Andy believes a strong value set, built around principles of trust, integrity, respect, and honesty, is vital for the service industry, to building rapport with clients, being it vendors or purchasers and helping them achieve their dreams. The home is a long-term investment, something you will love and enjoy for years, so his goal will be getting the value you deserve to meet those needs and within your budget. Passionate about getting involved in helping the community, Andy is on the board of Eastern Bay Villages, which focusses on reducing vulnerability and the loneliness of seniors in the community. Married to Carol, the couple have 2 grown up children and enjoy the role of grandparents. During his spare time, Andy enjoys walking, gardening, cycling, and playing a little golf.

Great knowledge.

Made sure the property was well presented. Added furniture to the unit to give it a place you could live in. Kept in touch with weekly reports and personal visits. Advised how the market was developing and the problems we were having in getting people interested. His advice to continue to keep the unit on the market when the interest fell off. Was sold on the last three days of the contract. He has now become a personal friend to us both.

Excellent and Professional service.

Andy was extremely helpful - very encouraging as it took a while to sell my unit. His mantra was: "the right person will come along at the right time". Committed to fortnightly open homes which Andy managed with the utmost professionalism. I was also informed after how it went and emailed a report to keep me updated. Also very well informed with regard to current market trends..which i was also kept informed about.
