I would not use another agent other than Andy. We had some tricky issues to work through with the council that Andy spent a lot of his time with, taking phone calls and writing emails to the council. Attending meetings with the council both with us and with the buyers. His professionalism and experience, along with Catherine Cawsey the other agent was able to put all parties at ease and was definitely a massive factor in the selling of our house. We wouldn't use anybody else in the future. Andy was also great at putting our minds at ease with the selling of this property, he is the kind of agent you know has 'got this' and will come through for you.
