We purchased in Alex in Sept, 2022. Andrew had the listing. We went through the property 3 or 4 times in the space of a week, so placed pretty intense demands on Andrew, who stayed calm and affable at all times. Once we made our offer Andrew really shone. Very experienced guiding hand, very prompt liaison with vendor, great feedback and CALM. We could not have asked for more.
