We were very happy with Andrews professionalism, Andrew and Adam made the best video of our property, It was a joy to open our trade me listing and see the fantastic advertisement that had been put together. Andrew knows his stuff and I felt he earned his $$. He works hard for you.
Andrew was a great agent to work with. When I put in my offer in he took it to the vendor quickly. Because of the market at the time we he had to get an existent on the time frame. The market had crashed a bit he renegotiated the price. Andrew was fantastic at keeping me in the loop all the way through. I would recommend Andrew to anyone buying or selling a property. I felt he went above and beyond. I do thank him for that. Now I am living in my lovely new home.
Andrew was fantastic for everything!!! Showed us a few houses but listened to what we were after and came through. I couldnt recommend Andrew to more people. He has a great approach to selling full of knowledge for any questions and is relaxed enough to know to let the buyers go through the house and not put pressure on.
We found Andrew very helpful right from the start. He kept us informed while being professional at the same time. Even after purchasing the property we feel he is still approachable if we have any questions. Thanks heaps Andrew...we love our holiday home 🏡.
We found Andrew by word of mouth when selling our house and found him to be very helpful and honest he was able to answer all our questions and advise us on how to proceed he also went the extra mile for open homes because we were over seas during the sale process he kept us informed all the way we would have no hesitation using Andrew again or recommending his services
Very pleasant to do business with. Able to answer our questions so we could understand. A very smooth deal.
Andrew went above and beyond to get the best price for us, he was very professional and easy to deal with
Harcourts were managing my rental property so it made sense for them to sell the house when I decided to put it on the market. I could have chosen another agent, but Andrew instantly made me feel at ease during our first phone conversation so I decided not to. I found Andrew easy to talk to, open and honest. He made the whole sales process painless and I was confident leaving things in his hands. Andrew listened to my needs and got the result I wanted. I'm really grateful for his help and would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to put their property on the market.
We purchased in Alex in Sept, 2022. Andrew had the listing. We went through the property 3 or 4 times in the space of a week, so placed pretty intense demands on Andrew, who stayed calm and affable at all times. Once we made our offer Andrew really shone. Very experienced guiding hand, very prompt liaison with vendor, great feedback and CALM. We could not have asked for more. Since moving here Andrew has stayed in our lives, checking in to make sure we are settled and happy (we are!). We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
Andrew came in, took over the stress of the sale, and literally made it happen. Great marketing, great sales plan and just handled all the enquiries with ease. Kept us up-to-date on enquiries, process and just eliminated the anxiousness. Great result. Totally recommend 👌
Andrew was fast to respond to our initial approach, and easy to deal with by text, email and phone. He met us at site promptly and was responsive through the S&P process. We would deal with Andrew again.
