I felt I was informed at all stages of the selling process and this helped me feel more relaxed and I could enjoy the process instead of feeling stressed. I wasn't confident about going to auction but Andrew explained the benefits of it and I was able to make the correct decision to go to auction after our discussion. Overall I would say that Andrew was an attentive and friendly agent who showed how well he knew the market and how he understood how buyers approached viewings. I was able to prepare the house for sale, obtain a builders report and leave Andrew to his job.
