Andrew was dedicated to achieving a sale of one of our investment properties. He clearly communicated market feedback, provided clear analysis on comparable sales and worked hard to maximise the final offer we received. Andrew has a clear skill set in marketing and communication and we will be using him in the future to sell our properties .

Upon meeting Andrew he was full of drive and enthusiasm from the start. His communication was exemplary and his knowledge and professionalism were second to none. He was personable, conscientious and worked hard in the background to ensure that all aspects of his role were fulfilled for all parties involved in the process. Our property campaign was going for just 3 weeks when it went to auction and SOLD. We couldn’t ask for more. I would highly recommend this Harcourt's agent if you want results sooner than later.

Great support and advice throughout what was a very difficult and stressful time. Andrew walked through the process, which was all new to me, with professionalism and good banter. He was always on hand to answer all my quesions, no matter how big or small. I was overseas at the time and he was always on hand through Whatsapp, which was very reassuring.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew Harley as the buyer and I cannot express how impressed I am with his professionalism and expertise. He provided comprehensive information about the property, addressing my concerns with clarity and sincerity. Happy to work with Andrew.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew Harley from Harcourts Cooper & Co and I can honestly say that my apartment-buying experience was nothing short of amazing. What made it even more remarkable was that it was the very first apartment Andrew showed me! From our first meeting, He was friendly and approachable: Andrew felt like an old school friend rather than a salesperson. His warm and down-to-earth demeanour instantly put me at ease. He understood that buying an apartment is a significant milestone, especially when someone doesn’t have large support network. He spoke to me in a way that made everything easy to understand, and I felt comfortable asking any question, no matter how trivial it may have seemed. Andrew asked the right questions at the right time- and if he hadn’t, I wouldn’t be moving into my own penthouse. He guided me through the entire buying process with ease. He helped navigate the process and point me in the right direction ensuring I got things done quickly. His expertise made everything smooth and relatively stress free. When we went unconditional he celebrated as if it were his own success. His genuine excitement and happiness added a personal touch to the whole experience. In the end, Andrew made my apartment buying experience a breeze. His down-to-earth and relatable approach helped me find the ideal place without any stress or complications. If you're in the market for a North Shore home and want a salesman who feels like a trusted friend, I highly recommend Andrew. He hit the bullseye on my first shot, and I can not wait to move into my new home.

Andrew has been very informative and clearly knows his properties very well. Any queries were replied to succinctly and accurately. Thanks to Andrew, I've found an apartment that is perfect for my needs.

Andrew made the whole selling experience empowering and fun. He genuinely understood what the home offered to prospective buyers and made sure that those features were positively highlighted. Andrew was a fantastic person to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional and we couldn’t rate our overall experience highly enough. We had initially decided to go with an agent we had worked with previously. My husband met Andrew first and believed he was someone I would enjoy working with. Reluctantly I agreed to meet him and by the end of our first chat, we had the house signed up for sale with him. Andrew never pressures, he listens and always responds to everything with a positive outlook. He is relatable and fun and we looked forward to our chats with him both before and after open homes. His communication was excellent. He responded to us 100 percent of the time straight away. His dedication to us and the process of selling was outstanding in every way. Even on auction day, Andrew instilled a feeling of calm confidence that we would get the house sold. We will be forever grateful for his hard work, honesty and transparency. Selling with Andrew isn’t stressful and he was there on the journey 110 percent during every viewing and inspection. In three weeks of marketing he had 51 groups through our home and he achieved a sale on auction day. Job done!! Thanks Andrew. We really enjoyed the experience of working with you and we are so glad you were the agent we chose.

We recently purchased a house from Andrew. Being an older house, and only our second house, plus our first time at an auction we had a lot of hesitation. But Andrew did everything he could to ensure any concerns we had were addressed and we were comfortable to be in a position to bid (and ultimately be successful) at auction. As a buyer, I couldn’t have asked for much more.

Andrew is the epitome of 5 stars. His warmth and genuine personality are matched by his professionalism. Andrew went above and beyond, was contactable when needed, nothing was too much trouble for him. He understood the sale of our beloved family home was a big decision, providing support and guidance through the whole process. Andrew is approachable and knowledgeable and Im beyond great full for the care, respect and professionalism that he showed my parents through the selling process.

I had an outstanding experience working with Andrew. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident from start to finish. They listened to my needs, provided valuable guidance, and presented a range of suitable options. Communication was prompt and clear, and their negotiation skills were excellent. With their assistance, I found my dream home and had a stress-free purchasing experience. I highly recommend Andrew as a reliable and knowledgeable property sales agent. Five stars all the way!

After 50 years in the same house we decided that it was time to move into a retirement village. We noticed Andrew’s name on other properties for sale in our area so decided to invite him round for a chat. A very wise move as the advice received from Andrew was invaluable and we had no hesitation in entrusting him with sale of our house. Andrew worked extremely hard to sell the house with open days on Saturdays and Sundays and at other times for potential purchasers. We were realistic about how much the house was worth but ended up being a happy couple. We would recommend Andrew to anyone who was considering selling their house. Alan and Linda

After several months of searching for a home on our own and missing out on multiple properties, we decided to work with Andrew as a buyers agent. Andrew was invaluable in helping us navigate the process to find and secure our first home. Andrew is both personable and a straight shooter. He was always available to take a call or respond to a text and no question was too silly. He was happy to play out "what if" scenarios so that we felt prepared and armed with as much information as possible. Working with Andrew felt effortless and fuss-free. He was a valuable part of our decision-making team. He is a knowledgeable and reliable agent who will work hard to ensure that you find the perfect home for your needs.
