This is the 2nd property I have acquired thru Andrew and both times, the experience was similar. Andrew provides a lot of valuable feedback to help a purchaser understand the circumstances surrounding the deal and what his expectation on the sale price may be and once again, Andrews guidance as to what he considered the property would sell for was very accurate and most helpful. Andrew is in constant communication to each and every question I asked whether it be at 1am NZ time or any time on a weekend, Andrew is always at the end of the line ready to help. He even goes the extra mile is providing guidance and suggestions as to where to find high quality service providers that for an off shore purchaser such as my self proved to be absolutely invaluable as I was not in NZ and not able to inspect the property myself so had to be very reliant on the service provider.
