Extremely professional. Very knowledgeable about the property and open to contacting the vendor with any queries with swift responses to those. Open and honest with the bidding process and quick to respond to any developments that occurred which ultimately led to us buying the property. I loved the property on my first visit but understood it was already under contract so cooled my interest. My father in law then visited independently and had a conversation with Andrew which revealed that it was not yet sold which brought us back in and has led to us finding an incredible first home.
