Andrew did really well in a tense situation, he was very empathetic during a difficult separation resulting in the selling of the house, which I found he went above and beyond to try and get the best deal for both of us, his determination to overcome some very difficult and emotional situations, due to relationship breakup I found to be inspiring. Andrew was compassionate as well as extremely helpful making sure I was happy and understood every part of the sale of my house and had no doubts and was respectful to what we were willing to sell the house for, I definitely recommend using Andrew!!!

Andrew lied and cheated his way through this sale. Charged over $20,000 and refused to supply an itemized invoice. Andrew and his lawyer mates forced me to sign with him and claimed he had an unconditional offer in order to stop a private sale. I am now homeless because of this soulless profiteer.

As first home buyers the process was a bit daunting but Andrew helped us through every step of the process. He helped us get into our first home!

Andrew was a Professional in all aspects of our contact and the rapid sale of our house. We also like his community sponsorship project/s. Presale: inspection, advice, intro to a staging specialist (who was excellent) and available for queries by phone as we were from out of town. Sale period: great coordination as we were from Wellington, meetings etc when we were travelling to Hawks Bay. Taking care of issues when we were not in Hawks Bay. Help and advice coping with an unexpected Covid lockdown. Rapid sales marketing once our renovations were completed.
