Andrew did really well in a tense situation, he was very empathetic during a difficult separation resulting in the selling of the house, which I found he went above and beyond to try and get the best deal for both of us, his determination to overcome some very difficult and emotional situations, due to relationship breakup I found to be inspiring. Andrew lied and cheated his way through this sale. Charged over $20,000 and refused to supply an itemized invoice. Andrew and his lawyer mates forced me to sign with him and claimed he had an unconditional offer in order to stop a private sale. I am now homeless because of this soulless profiteer.
