Great communication with updates regarding my property. Andrew was a pleasure do deal with, and I would highly recommend Andrew in regards to buying/selling a home.

Andrew was usually very quick to respond, in cases where he was busy, would advise that, and Lydia would often come into the fray. Very professional and knowledgeable. Although working for the vendor, Andrew did his best to guide us through so both parties were happy.

Andrew was a calm presence during the purchase process, he explained the process clearly. No question was an issue. I appreciated his patience and helpfulness during a sometimes stressful situation.

We had another fantastic experience working with Andrew, having now sold two properties with him. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free. His communication throughout was excellent — keeping us well informed every step of the way and always available to answer any questions. He has a strong understanding of the market and gave us great advice and confidence throughout the sale process. On top of that, his sense of humour and easy-going nature made the whole experience enjoyable. We put our fate in his hands and we felt he would get the job done and it has been quite a struggle to get people in the door with the marketing and sales pitch of the property, having said this the ones that went through and the relationship with the tenants was very good and i highly recommend Andrew.
