Andrea has sold two houses for us now. Both were quite different so needed different approaches to marketing and sale method. The first was sold by tender and sold on the tender day for well above the market estimate. The second house was sold with an asking price, we thought the asking price was right "up there" but yet Andrea still got it sold in 4 days for above the asking price.
