Amy is incredibly hardworking, thorough and dedicated. As we were based in Australia while selling our property in New Zealand, having Amy looking after everything for us made the whole process so much easier. She provided a truly one stop service and took care of all the details, including organising renovation work and coordinating everything on our behalf. I’m a very detail oriented person myself, so I had plenty of questions, but Amy was always incredibly patient and never hesitated to go through everything with us. She pays attention to even the smallest details and always strives for perfection. We honestly didn’t expect our property to sell so quickly in the current market, let alone receive three offers and go into a multi offer situation! We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Amy to all my friends and family!

When the market was declining rapidly, we were worried about selling our property. Thankfully, Amy stepped in and made all the difference. Thanks to her outstanding sales skills, she secured our first offer very quickly. Unfortunately, the deal fell through for reasons beyond anyone's control. What impressed us most was that Amy was always thinking two steps ahead. The very next day, she had another offer ready. When that one unexpectedly fell through as well, we thought we were back to square one. To our surprise, Amy secured yet another offer the following day, and this time the sale was successfully completed. Without a doubt, we would choose Amy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

Great communication throughout. We enjoyed the easy and responsive WhatsApp communication with Hamish, Amy and the whole team. They were very honest about market conditions but also understanding of our needs and wants. They were patient and knowledgeable in explaining the sales, auction and offer processes to us. They have impressive negotiating skills and listened to us respectfully throughout the sale/offer process without any pressure.
