Amanda was great to deal with from the onset. From helping us navigate between new homes, older homes, different locations and styles, her knowledge was invaluable to us. This was my second home and my partners first and we had pretty strict parameters around what we were looking for. Amanda managed to sift through everything and select what suited us and provided great indications as to what aspects of the property to look for for future proofing the value and also looking at what areas devalue and need attention. On auction day her steady nerve and coaching/strategizing on how to be a competitive bidder was extremely helpful and ultimately was one of the reasons we won on the day.
