Amanda was involved early on in the renovation stage when I asked for advice on things that people where looking for in a property that where negatives and I could change or changes I could do to add value. All her advice prove correct in the end with a house that was better than I originally planned. She also helped me find a very good plumber at a time when they where almost impossible to get. Her knowledge of the industry again came too the fore with a very cost effective reference to a house staging company I then used. The result of this was a look and sales program that got praise from friends and family and more too the point resulted in a sale close too expectation. I'm looking forward to working with Amanda again too achieve maximin value from my property sale with no hassles.

Amanda was great to deal with from the onset. From helping us navigate between new homes, older homes, different locations and styles, her knowledge was invaluable to us. This was my second home and my partners first and we had pretty strict parameters around what we were looking for.
