Very helpful and forthcoming

I first got to know Alice Munro when I was looking for a house to purchase in Dunedin. We were travelling almost 3 hours one direction in the car with a baby most weekends to attend open houses and find the right home. Alice stood out in her empathy and genuine desire to help make the process easier. So I knew when it came to selling in Dunedin she was the agent for me. She did not disappoint! From checking in to see how I was feeling, to sending flowers and treats she absolutely made my day on multiple occasions during the stressful process of selling my beloved house. Of course, she was able to secure a quick sale at a price over my expectations- but to me it was all the little things that made my experience with Alice a great one! I wouldn’t hesitate to list my next house with Alice.

Over 50 years, not all of my experiences with real estate agents have been positive or pleasant. In complete contrast,my time with Alice has been both and more. She has been open,constantly available and encouraging without being pushy. Throughout the harrowing time we had getting the house ready for sale, we looked forward to her visits. They kept us sane! I thoroughly recommend her to future clients, she is the all round best agent I have worked with.

What was admirable was the work she did on behalf of the Vendors to secure the deal, which is not always a quality seen from Agents. Alice was an incredibly informative agent. She went out of her way to assist us in the selling of our property and on the purchase of a new house. Alice keeps pace with the market and is well informed

She was really good as I felt she was quite honest and understood that we really wanted to buy the property and seemed to want to help. Probably does that for all the clients on same property but was good.
