Alice is very professional had the house sold in six days with a price well beyond all expectations highly recommended.

As an overseas based property owner for sale , there could have been added complications which I feared would need me to fly out to NZ . As it turned out Alice handled things with great efficiency and knowledge . Speed was of the essence too in my case.....but the house was brought up to snuff beautifully and quickly which was recognised in the excellent sales price
