Communication was good even though we were at opposite ends of the country. In the end we got our first house, and most likely now would be a lot harder to get in.
Overall, she is good. However, she needs to cater the buyers more, e.g., she was not so willing to meet with the buyers to discuss more.
Alice is super friendly and so motivated. Selling a house could be so daunting, but Alice put us at ease and everything just flowed easily. I would highly recommend her, I’m going to miss her now that my house is sold.
