Alice was a delight to deal with in every way with respect to our purchase. She went out of her way to be helpful at every stage from our first enquiries about the property through to enabling the signed contract to go unconditional in a manner acceptable to all parties. While of course we understand an agent's role is primarily to represent the vendor, she consistently gave the impression of professionalism and fairness to the purchasers too, which was most impressive.
