Alice is very thorough and professional in her whole approach and makes you feel very at ease when explaining the sales process and options available. I was very happy with the marketing of my property, photography top notch! Plenty of coverage over the different social media platforms. Alice was in regular contact with us right throughout and even in a slow and very unpredictable market Alice and her team managed to get the numbers through the door and got us a result we are happy with. From the first meeting with Alice she was obviously incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and in our case in selling a home at the upper end of the market in terms of price, aware of the best methods of selling such a house. I think what impressed us in the first meeting was that Alice is a great listener. She took on board our particular needs and foibles and worked around them. This is not to say that she didn't offer sound alternatives to any of our ideas. Alice's attention to detail, her ability to keep in touch and respond to questions in a timely manner, are, we believe, second to none.
