What sets Alice Munro apart? She really cares. Recently Alice has worked with us to sell two homes, purchase a section, and has also assisted with finding us a rental property. Alice is very thorough and professional in her whole approach and makes you feel very at ease when explaining the sales process and options available. I was very happy with the marketing of my property, photography top notch! Plenty of coverage over the different social media platforms. From the first meeting with Alice she was obviously incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and in our case in selling a home at the upper end of the market in terms of price, aware of the best methods of selling such a house. I think what impressed us in the first meeting was that Alice is a great listener. She took on board our particular needs and foibles and worked around them. Alice was great to work with selling my home. It was a tough market at the time but Alice was able to get good numbers to view the property and get the offer needed. I would differently recommend Alice if you are selling or buying property.
