We were in the invidious position of buying at market peak, then deciding to sell to buy another property in Pauanui when the market had softened considerably. Katie didn't lose enthusiasm, staged the property and eventually achieved a result we could live with. We never lost confidence in either Katie and Alyce, knowing they were always acting in our best interest. Their communication was always fabulous, and they'd always take the "extra step' when appropriate. We would use Harcourts Pauanui again.
