Alissa was knowledgeable, professional and very easy to communicate with. No question was too difficult and she always came to our meetings well prepared. Alissa was very approachable, and we had comments from people we knew who went to the open homes who said she was lovely. She was flexible with the times she was available to meet with us, and we never felt rushed or stressed throughout the whole process.
