Alissa went above and beyond her role organising a carpet cleaner for us prior to moving in and also removing rubbish that past tenants had omitted to dispose of. Alissa kept us up to date with the buying process as we hadn't moved in 32 years so had alot to relearn. Overall Alissa was a very caring agent and wanted to make the process as streamlined as possible for us, which we really appreciated

I found Alissa to be very professional and efficient. She went above and beyond to make the whole process easy from my point of view. I have no hesitation in recommending her to other vendors.

Alissa was friendly, approachable and easy to deal with. She kept us informed every step of the way and we really felt she was working for us to gain a successful outcome.

Alissa stream lined the whole process , kept me fully informed treating my 92yr old mother like a star …. A great experience all round

Alissa provided an expert appraisal that lead to a solid sales listing for my home. As a first home seller, Alissa explained the sales process and reassured me that everything would be taken care of. All aspects of the sale from open homes, to sales offers, to negotiations, were all handled professionally and made me feel confident that I had chosen the right person to sell my home. I would like to recommend Alissa to anyone who is either selling or buying their first home, as well as "seasoned" buyers and sellers who will all benefit from her expertise in real estate along with her friendly and welcoming presence.

Alissa always answered my queries to my satisfaction. If she was unsure, she did the research and communicated with me asap after. She kept me informed via regular on-line pages of the current market trends. At all times, she acted professionally and I had complete faith in her with my privacy. I felt confident in following her advice.

We approached Alissa Bates as one of several to appraise our property for sale. It did not take long for us to decide on trusting her to carry on with the handling of the sale although, this actually took some time to eventuate, due to our particularly unique circumstances. During this time, we found her to be very approachable and eager to help, answering any questions we had about the processes or the real estate industry overall. Once we signed, we had no regrets at all. Although the market became increasingly difficult and changeable, we knew there was always something going on in the background and there was never any doubt Alissa was definitely ‘on to it” suppling us with regular feedback, updates and market analyses. Alissa’s calm, easy going nature helped to diffuse any stressful situations. Her warmth and genuine caring made us feel Alissa always had our best interests well taken care of. Our property sold and Alissa followed the entire process through to the very end, keeping a watchful eye on proceedings knowing our dealings were time sensitive. Now everything has been settled we know we made the right choice in entrusting Alissa with our sale. We would thoroughly recommend her not only as a sales professional but as a good friend.

Never met a better, more passionate, dedicated agent than Alissa. A+ on every level. Us being in Auckland and selling a property in New Plymouth, nothing was asked to much, Alissa took care of it all, communication was excellent and was pro active. Just fabulous! Thank you, Brian & Leonie Moreland

Very helpful quick to respond with needed info etc would recommend

We thank Alissa for helping us in buying our first home. She was able to understand our requirements and suggested few good options. She was always available and went above and beyond to help us. Alissa has excellent customer service skills and is very clear in her conversation, very Friendly and reliable too. One of the best persons we have met :-)

Alissa was excellent and efficient enough while dealing with us with her professional knowledge experience. Well explained and clarified all our doubts as a first time purchaser.I should say, she really helped us sorting things immediately without any delay by answering to our questions. Helped us throughout, late in the evening even after working hours which was convenient mostly for us. After all our effort, we will be able to enter into our dream home before our baby comes. Our sincere thank you to Alissa to made it happen that on time. Once again, thank you so much for all your help and support for being a part of our life journey!

During the process of selling our place, Alissa and Co. kept an open and positive line of communication. The place that we sold was tenanted and the utmost respect was given to our tenant when summing up our settlement.
