Alison helped the reviewer sell this property

No Games, No Funny Business

We engaged Alison following a recommendation, having already spoken with another agent. What stood out immediately was her honesty and the thought she had put into her appraisal. Her CMA was more conservative than the other we'd received, but it was well reasoned and supported by genuinely comparable sales, which gave us confidence in her approach. Selling a home we loved in a slower market wasn't a decision we took lightly. From the outset, we were clear about our expectations, and Alison listened and respected them. She provided honest feedback throughout the campaign, kept us well informed and never made us feel pressured into a decision we weren't comfortable with. The campaign itself ran exactly as planned, with Alison and her team executing everything smoothly and professionally. The photography and videography were fantastic, and the overall marketing package was very reasonably priced for the quality delivered. The property sold at auction just three weeks after going live, which was a great result and a testament to the preparation and work that went into the campaign. One of my biggest reservations about real estate agents was the prospect of being sold unrealistic expectations to secure a listing, only to have those expectations gradually walked back as the campaign progressed. That simply wasn't our experience with Alison. She was consistent, transparent and hardworking throughout. We always felt she was working in our best interests while remaining fair and respectful to prospective buyers. No games, no funny business. Just an honest, hardworking and decent agent who took her responsibility to us as vendors seriously. Thank you, Alison. We genuinely appreciate your efforts and are pleased to have achieved a sale. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alison to anyone looking to sell in the greater Papakura area.
