She can respond to our needs in time. Explain the situation carefully, and she can quickly communicate our views with the owners. Her working attitude makes us feel at ease. Talking about the price of the house with her still feels easy. Her attitude to work is indeed conscientious, responsible and efficient.

Dear Barry and Grant It is with great pleasure that I write this letter to you both, but I'm well aware that as a friend of Alison's it will not hold quite the value I wish it could. I entrusted Alison (and Robert) to sell our family home in Stonefields, while we were effectively half a world away in Amsterdam. And as I expected it has been the easiest and most pleasurable experience possible. I knew Alison as a real estate agent would be gentle, professional and relentless when required and she has surpassed all expectation. Alison (and Robert I suspect) went above and beyond the requirements of a real estate agent and friend by vacuuming cat hair, picking up rubbish blown into the garden, collecting the mail, feeding the cats in the weekend, covering the staging furniture to ensure the cats don't scratch it, the list is endless. We cannot speak highly enough of Alison’s marketing and sale of our property. With no final inspection of renovations we carried out over 20 years ago, to say the process was complex is an understatement. All the qualities you would wish for in an agent Alison has – She is experienced and knowledgeable, honest, unflappable and true to every other adjective previous reviewer’s have used here. Alison was an enormous help through a relatively stressful time in our lives. Buying a house, needing to sell another, all while Karina (my wife) was 7-8 months pregnant with our third child. The house was well presented and tidied up by Alison’s contacts and within 2-3 days the photos were produced ready for the online campaign.
