These are difficult times to sell a house in Auckland but we were supported very professionally every step of the way: Robert took care of making sure things around the house looked pristine, Alison and Ivy in their level headed way presented the house super professionally so we ended up with several offers. They strike the right balance to be honest to the buyer and build trust and still present the house most favourably. Our experience with Alison and Team Jackson-Mee was very disappointing. The attention to detail was lacking during the negotiation and documentation process. Alison became increasingly rude and aggressive in her efforts to lower our sale price. It was a unnecessarily stressful experience.

In May this year we decided to emigrate to Dublin and wanted an experienced Agent who could work with us to our deadline of only a few months. They would have to be prepared to stay committed to us after we left New Zealand, if the house hadn’t sold by then. Alison and Ivy stepped up to the mark and beyond.
