Alison was great to deal with for buying our house. Agents are obviously contracted to work for the vendors, but I was pleasantly surprised at how positive it was dealing with Alison as the buyer. Communication was clear and timely. Excellent knowledge of the market and it's obvious how much experience she has as an agent.
Alison is an excellent agent, she really knows her stuff and is not pushy, she gave us good realistic guidance and the communication at every stage was exceptional. I would not hesitate to use Alison again and we both rate her very highly - if you have a property on the hill Alison is the lady to go to!
Alison was incredible to work with on the sale of our mother's property which was held in two estates. She kept all parties up to date and informed. She worked closely with us to market the property including helping with the staging, from supplying bed linen to accessories and getting hands on with the staging. We can't thank Alison enough for the efforts and lengths she went to to put the property to market and source EQC information for the property from the CCC. We obtained a great result thanks to Alison.
Alison was very easy to comunicate with and made an extra effort to help answer any questions I had leading up to the auction. I especially liked the way she helped resolve anything I was unsure of even after the sale was complete.
Alison and her team were friendly, professional and thorough throughout the sales process. We were in a difficult position of selling a home for an Estate. Alison and her team made the process as stress free as possible from start to finish. Their communication throughout was exemplary. We have no hesitation in recommending Alison to others looking to sell their loved homes.
Alison was amazing throughout our house sale. Her market knowledge was excellent , she was very supportive and available for any questions we had . If we sell again, we would love to work with Alison and would recommend her very highly to anyone .
