Alison is very professional and made the whole process of getting property on the market very simple. Her ability to highlight property's desirable features and her pool of prospective buyers resulted in an early result. Her assistance with all the red tape was excellent.
It took a bit of work between us and the seller to find a middle ground that worked for both of us, and in the end Allison created an arrangement that worked out well for both parties.
Alison really has a great understanding of the market and offered us very sound advice about how to present our home, the price, open homes etc. She was always available for communication and gave a detailed review of peoples comments and reactions to seeing our place. She is well organised and reliable.
Alison Carter is an excellent agent who has looked after after us for the past four years. She maintained consistent contact with us during this time to ensure that we were aware of real estate trends and properties that were available and coming available in the Sumner area. She was professional, courteous and always put us first. We would recommend Alison carter to any prospective purchaser who is looking to purchase a property.
Alison was excellent to deal with. Great communication, very easy to deal with. Thanks..
She is very focused, determined & persistent. Communicates well in keeping us in the loop updating us on the marketing development and has arranged a series of open homes.
Alison and her team worked tirelessly with all of the potential buyers which resulted in us being presented with 11 offers on our home. She suggested a short deadline sale campaign which perfectly suited our property type and the current buyer market - we were flooded with interest immediately. We achieved a great sale price and we were kept well informed about all of the potential interest during the campaign. The sale process couldn't have been easier and we're grateful for all of Alison's advice and expertise.
We met a few agents since landing back in Christchurch from Auckland after 30+ years away. Alison was incredibly hard working, efficient and professional. We felt she was well in tune with what we were after and very pleased to have Alison support us secure our purchase at auction. We couldn’t ask for more. Super satisfied and highly recommend Alison to others.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Alison as our real estate agent, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment we met her, Alison demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to helping us sell our house within a tight timeframe. Throughout the process, Alison maintained clear and prompt communication, keeping us informed at every step.
From the first time we met Alison we knew that she would make a stressful experience a pleasant one. At our first meeting Alison came fully prepared with a written report on sales in the area, a precis of our property, sales strategy, an estimated range of what price we could expect and a suggested programme of open homes and auction date. All our questions were answered in simple terms and a full explation of the whole process explained. She arranged the photographer and guided us through the preparation for open homes. Following each open home we received a phone call with the numbers attending , their comments and whether we should expect them to proceed. Each week Alison sent a written report detailing the comments of each visitor and what price range they considered the propery to sell for. These were summarised into whether they could be potential buyers or not. Even though Alison was juggling multiple properties we never at any stage felt that we were not uppermost in her mind. The afternoon before the auction Alison along with the auctioneer visited and they explained what would happen the next day. We set the reserve and they discussed how they would endeavour to reach our price expections. Come auction day we were welcomed to the auction room by the Ferrymead Sales Manager Jackie. Alison and Rosa Carter along with the auctioneer handled the negotiations until both seller and buyer were happy. We are extremely satisfied in the manner in which Alison worked so hard to get the buyers to a position where they could meet our expectations. We would have no hesitation recommending Alison to any prospective seller or buyer. Many thanks Alison (6 stars out of 5)
We can't recommend Alison highly enough. Alison is extremely hardworking and really went above and beyond to ensure that our house sold. She created a solid marketing campaign, guided us with staging and made the whole process straight forward. She's friendly and kind to work with too. We couldn't think of a better agent to sell out house. Thank you Alison
Alison is very efficient and her communication excellent. She put a huge amount of effort into our house purchase which we really appreciated at a difficult time in the market
